Role/ Designation:

Location: Gurgaon

Brief about the role/ team/ candidate requirement:

The role is part of the Corporate Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance team, responsible for ensuring robust governance and adherence to regulatory requirements. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of corporate laws and compliance & governance processes.

Qualification & Experience:

Skill set/ Key Competencies:

Strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations.
Familiarity with compliance tracking systems and international laws.
Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory filing portals.

Job responsibility:

Draft agenda, minutes, and supporting documentation for Board and Committee meetings.
Prepare and file ROC forms
Assist in incorporation of overseas branches and ensure international compliances with respect to overseas Branches
Operate the compliance management tool and assist in the quarterly reporting.
Assist in all activities related to dividend declaration
Assist in responding to shareholders queries and grievances
Assist in all activities in relation to transfer of shares and unclaimed dividend to IEPF
Managing compliances related to SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation
