Manager – Process Safety Management (PSM) / Asset Integrity Management (AIM)

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/

Position Summary

1. Person should have exposure of dealing with private industries & PSU of target companies, mainly focus on sector like, Oil & gas/ & chemical sectors, Process industries, PMC group, operational plant.
2. Having detail update for customer insight for future & ongoing project.
3. Should have exposure of similar domain or service back ground
4. Capable to Liasoning with various level of company & industries with maintaining relation with all their units head.
5. Shall be committed for achievement of business unit sales target.
6. Capable to understand the customer requirement & establish our foot print for services.
7. Must have comprehensive knowledge and have directly identifying various process safety (PSM) studies & Asset Integrity Management (AIM) or RBI including:

• HAZOP & HAZID & HAC
• QRA, SIL, LOPA
• EPD/ATEX/RAM Studies
• Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment (FERA) & Escape Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA)
• Flare and Vent Dispersion
• Fitness For Services (FFS), Conditional or health assessment of equipment
• Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
• Advance NDT services like Corrosion Mapping (RMS), LRUT, PAUT, PEC etc.

Responsibility and Authority

1. Generating lead and converting in order booking
2. Capable to recognized order booking of around 15-20 Cr of PSM/AIM
3. Responsible for overall seasonal sales planning of 10-12 Cr.
4. Preparation for estimation of contracts
5. Accountable for PSM/AIM techno commercial closer of opportunities
6. Support to tender team for empanelment & identification of relevant opportunities
7. Explore opportunities of collaboration with agencies for fulfillment of comprehensive requirement of customers.
8. Identification of any new services which can be link with company capabilities.

Education and Experience

10+ Years Graduate engineers & having background PSM/AIM services from any relevant sector & industries.
