About the Role:

Manager – Retail Branding & Marketing Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Branding & Marketing Execution

  • Oversee the

    design, production, and deployment

    of in-store branding materials, signages, POP displays, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure seamless execution of retail marketing campaigns across multiple locations, maintaining quality and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life for our clients.

Sourcing & Vendor Management

  • Identify and onboard

    best-in-class vendors

    for branding materials, signage, and promotional merchandise.
  • Establish and manage

    long-term partnerships

    with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, high quality, and timely execution.
  • Negotiate price and contracts to optimize cost efficiencies.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations and explore new sourcing opportunities.

Nationwide Operations & Network Management

  • Develop and maintain a

    robust nationwide network

    of suppliers, installers, and retail execution partners.
  • Coordinate large-scale rollouts of branding initiatives, ensuring smooth execution across different markets.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot operational challenges in real-time to maintain execution excellence.
  • Work closely with regional teams to adapt branding strategies based on local consumer insights and retail trends.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Manage budgets for branding and retail marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Track project performance, analyze data, and provide reports on branding execution, ROI, and vendor performance.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience

    in retail branding, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in

    on-ground execution at scale, sourcing, and vendor management

    .
  • Experience in handling

    nationwide branding rollouts

    and retail activations.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

    budget management and performance tracking

  • Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground execution and vendor coordination.
