Responsibilities -

• Define and drive the business intelligence roadmap and promote a data-first culture.
• Deliver timely and accurate reports/dashboards supporting distribution and CXO teams.
• Standardize and automate reporting processes across functions and teams.
• Lead a team of 3+ professionals and coach them into high-performing BI experts.
• Partner with tech and data teams to develop robust data infrastructure and digital assets.
• Develop solutions that promote data democratization and self-service analytics.
• Integrate insights and analytics into business reporting for actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate closely with distribution leaders to identify KPIs and performance levers.

Requirements –

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (M.Sc., M.Tech., MBA preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in business reporting, preferably in the

  BFSI

  industry.
• Proficient in

  Python

  SQL

  Power BI

  ; experience with BI tools like

  SSRS, SAP BO

• Strong grasp of
