Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Academic Administration

Supervise maintenance and updating of student academic records
Coordinate with academic departments on course registrations, curriculum updates, and program modifications
Ensure timely issuance of transcripts, degrees, and certificates

Examination & Evaluation Support

Assist the Controller of Examinations with scheduling and conducting exams
Monitor mark sheet preparation, result declaration, and grade verification processes
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of examination records

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with UGC and other statutory body regulations
Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies in coordination with the Registrar

Student Services & Grievance Handling

Facilitate student-related services such as migration certificates, NOCs, and verifications
Address student grievances related to academic records promptly and professionally

Data Management & Reporting

Oversee digitization and secure storage of student records
Prepare MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders

Office Management & Coordination

Supervise day-to-day operations of the Registrar's Office
Train and guide office staff to maintain efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate with other administrative departments for smooth university operations
