Job Description

Overview of Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Corporate Finance Manager with over 5 years of experience to lead and support key financial initiatives. This role will focus on financial modelling, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and working with various stakeholders across the business to support decision-making and long-term value creation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Modelling & Analysis:

  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support business planning, investment analysis, M&A transactions, and scenario planning.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with business units. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.

Strategic and Long-Term Planning:

  • Develop and support annual strategic plans and long-term financial projections, integrating business drivers, industry trends, and growth opportunities.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports, management dashboards, and board-level presentations.

Transaction Support:

  • Work on business plans, due diligence, and various transaction models including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.

Valuation & Transfer Pricing:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address valuation methodologies and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and agile working capital management strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CFA, CA, or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or financial consulting
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial report preparation
  • Experience with valuation techniques, transfer pricing, and working capital optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning software/tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
