Identify and develop strong relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
Serve as the key point of contact for transplant-related patient referrals (liver, kidney, heart, lung, pancreas, etc.).
Coordinate patient transfer, pre-evaluation, and admission processes with the transplant coordination team.
Maintain regular follow-ups on referred cases until the transplant procedure is completed.
Promote hospital’s multi-organ transplant capabilities through field visits, CMEs, conferences, and awareness programs.
Prepare and execute referral development strategies to increase case inflow.
Support marketing campaigns, patient education initiatives, and organ donation awareness activities.
Analyze referral patterns and market potential in different territories.
Act as liaison between the transplant team, referring doctors, and patient families.
Ensure accurate and timely information flow regarding treatment plans, costs, and logistics.
Handle inquiries professionally, providing guidance on transplant protocols, documentation, and financial options.
Maintain a referral tracking system and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Support the coordination of MOU/agreements with referral hospitals.
Work closely with the hospital administration, transplant coordinators, and finance team for smooth operations.
Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback from referring partners
Experience: 2–5 years in Healthcare marketing/Pharma.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the Middle East healthcare environment is a plus
