About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Google Ads (PMAX, Search, Display, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

  campaigns.
• Drive

  lead generation

  and ensure high-quality patient inquiries for hospital services.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with clear ROI-focused metrics.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize conversions.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team to align campaigns with healthcare objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in managing

  performance marketing campaigns

  in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of

  CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS

  and other performance metrics.
• Experience in

  lead generation campaigns

  for healthcare or service industries is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
