Job Summary

The Manager Recruitment will lead the end-to-end hiring process for Freshers & Experience Hires . Below mention are key KRAs for the Role :
  • Meeting Hiring Targets

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute bulk recruitment strategies to meet staffing requirements.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job portals, social media, internal databases, agencies).
  • Create and publish effective and engaging job postings.

Screening & Interviewing

  • Review and evaluate applications and resumes.
  • Shortlist candidates based on skill, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Partner with department heads to understand detailed hiring needs.
  • Assist in crafting and refining job descriptions and role specifications.
  • Work closely with HR and leadership teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a professional, engaging, and seamless experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely updates on application and interview status.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment databases and candidate records.
  • Prepare and share regular recruitment dashboards, status reports, and metrics.

Onboarding

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinate pre-joining requirements.
  • Participate in campus hiring and bulk recruitment initiatives as required.

Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and recruitment standards.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and equal opportunity in all hiring processes.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Allocate requisitions effectively and monitor daily team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Foster teamwork while ensuring adherence to SLAs and recruitment process compliance.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, specifically managing experienced/lateral Medical Coding hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, and best hiring practices.
  • Current designation must be Assistant Manager or equivalent.
