Role & responsibilities: Job Requirement Analysis: Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and technical requirements. Understand the skill set, experience level, and qualifications needed for each role. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, and social media to source qualified candidates. Ensure all documentation and background verification processes are completed. Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress. Collaborate with HR and other departments to support onboarding. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain recruitment data and generate reports on metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and joining ratios.
