Role & responsibilities: Job Requirement Analysis: Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and technical requirements. Understand the skill set, experience level, and qualifications needed for each role. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, and social media to source qualified candidates.
