As a senior relationship and deal-origination professional at OneNDF, your role involves various key responsibilities and qualifications. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for building and managing tie-ups with real estate developers, sourcing and engaging investors, driving sales and advisory conversations with Ultra-HNI clients, and acting as a trusted face of OneNDF in high-value, relationship-led transactions. Your strong networking ability, commercial acumen, and credibility in premium client environments are essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Developer & Project Tie-Ups** - Build strategic relationships with real estate developers for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects - Onboard developer projects for structured debt, investor funding, and bridge/construction finance - **Investor & Capital Sourcing** - Identify and onboard HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and private investors - Present curated developer projects to investors with clear risk-return structures - Act as the bridge between developers and investors for smooth deal execution - **Ultra-HNI Client Engagement & Sales** - Engage directly with Ultra-HNI clients for property-backed loans, structured real estate financing, and large-ticket lending solutions - Manage high-touch, confidential client relationships and drive end-to-end sales closure - **Deal Structuring & Execution Support** - Collaborate with credit teams, legal & documentation partners, and banking/NBFC partners - Support deal negotiations, term sheets, and closures while ensuring alignment between client expectations and lender/investor requirements **Qualification Required:** **Experience:** - 3-6+ years of experience in real estate advisory, developer sales, private wealth/UHNI relationship management, and investment advisory/capital raising - Prior experience working with real estate developers, family offices/HNIs, private investors, or structured finance is highly preferred **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong relationship-building and networking skills - Proven ability to close high-value, long-cycle deals - Understanding of real estate projects & cash flows, debt vs equity structures, investor expectations & risk frameworks - High credibility, discretion, and client-handling maturity - Excellent communication & negotiation skills In summary, success in this role at OneNDF will be defined by quality developer tie-ups onboarded, an active investor pipeline created, high-value UHNI client closures, and repeat business through trust-based relationships.
