Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the Quick Commerce hubs across PAN India, ensuring efficient order processing, packing, and dispatch.
Manage and optimize the delivery fleet and personnel to achieve target delivery times and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts and wastage.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Manage and resolve any customer complaints or delivery issues promptly and effectively.
Train, supervise, and mentor internal team, delivery personnel and other operational staff.
Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, business, and technology to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
