Role & responsibilities
To supervise and manage testing, certification and release of raw materials/in-process products/Finished products and packing materials.
To collect, compile, analyze the quality data for internal rejection, supplier's rejection and customer complaints and initiative corrective and preventive actions.
To do product development & trials (for existing products),yield improvement and process optimization..
To maintain quality of the product within declared norms.
To monitor quality system.
To provide technical support for product improvement/ development.
ISO and Internal Audits about product specifiaction.
Team Building and motivation activity.
SAP knowledge.
Knowledge of Plastic/ Polymer behavior processing and Testing of products.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience Required: 15 to 25 Yrs

Responsible for entire production process of an Tyres / Rubber Component manufacturing Industry.
The candidate shall must have experience in Extrusion/ Extruder Process Industry.
Required Candidate profile
Requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of Tyres/ Rubber Industry.
Shall have extensive experience in managing large-scale production operations, Manufacturing ,ensuring highest standards of quality & safety
