Manager, Quality Control - Garments

Are you passionate about getting every stitch right? We’re on the lookout for a Quality Control expert who can ensure that every garment we produce meets top-tier standards and buyer expectations. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and oversee quality checks from pre-production to final shipment. Ensure the garments meet measurement specs, stitching quality, trims, and finishes . Make sure we comply with buyer standards and industry norms like AQL and 4-point inspections. Analyze defects, find the real cause , and put smart solutions in place to avoid repeat issues. Guide and train a team of QC checkers to stay on track and deliver timely results. Work closely with production, sampling, and merchandising to resolve quality concerns fast . If needed, audit and monitor quality at vendor or subcontractor units . Maintain QC reports and records for internal audits and buyer visits. What You Bring to the Table: Strong grasp of knitwear construction and textile materials. Sharp eye for detail and solid experience with quality tools & inspection methods . Confident leading a team and communicating clearly across departments. Skilled in Excel, ERP systems, and digital reporting tools. Qualification & Background: Diploma or degree in Apparel Technology, Textile Engineering , or related field. 10–15 years of hands-on experience in apparel QC , preferably with knitwear.
