Oversees the administration and continual improvement of quality management systems.

Responsibilities

1. Managing the team of Quality Inspectors, Junior Engineers to govern the Quality gates, IPV, Testing and PDI
2. Interacting with cross functional team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented. 3. Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation. 4. Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up response of corrective action from audit. 5. Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements. 6. Additional to take care of Material Review Commitee (MRC) to monitor the internal rejections, accounting in SAP and drive corrective actions Also Manage QMS / IMS documentation and support in audits and closure of Nonconformance if any

Degree Requirement Degree or equivalent experience desired

Works with quality assurance methods, tools and techniques.

Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Level Working Knowledge: Demonstrates experience participating in productive collaborative processes.
