Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards across all aspects of the organization, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Team Leadership: Lead a team of training and quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Performance Metrics: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and the quality of products or services. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate training and quality initiatives into various departments, ensuring a unified approach. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices. Compliance: Ensure training programs and quality standards adhere to industry regulations and compliance requirements. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate training and quality strategies, goals, and achievements to senior management and other stakeholders. Requirements:Proven experience in training and quality management, preferably in the NBFC/Banking-related industry.Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve quality standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and quality assurance tools.Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Must be a graduate; additional certifications in training and quality management are a plus.
