RITHWIK ENERGY GENERATION PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Manager QS & Planning (Irrigation & Hydro) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The Manager of Quantity Surveying & Planning for Irrigation & Hydro projects is responsible for managing cost estimation, contract administration, and project planning activities. They prepare detailed bills of quantities, cost estimates, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. They oversee procurement processes, evaluate tenders, and monitor contractual obligations to minimize financial risks. The manager develops comprehensive project schedules, coordinates with engineering teams, and tracks progress to ensure timely completion within budget. They analyze project variations, process claims, and handle financial documentation related to project execution. The role involves risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with environmental and safety standards. They liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve contractual issues and ensure project deliverables meet specifications. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills are vital, along with a thorough understanding of irrigation and hydroelectric project requirements, to optimize resource utilization and project outcomes.
