They liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve contractual issues and ensure project deliverables meet specifications. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills are vital, along with a thorough understanding of irrigation and hydroelectric project requirements, to optimize resource utilization and project outcomes.
