Job Description

As an experienced professional in the field of manufacturing execution of large Rotary Packages, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Vendor Development and Assessment to ensure the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes. - Ordering of Castings and Forgings and overseeing their execution at vendor sites. - Handling ordering processes for Gear Box & Hydraulics to meet production requirements. - Willingness to travel to vendor locations for on-site execution activities. - Utilizing your negotiation skills effectively for procurement of rotary equipment. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of fabrication processes to enhance production efficiency. - Proficiency in machining processes of large equipment to meet quality standards. - Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP for creating Purchase Orders and maintaining procurement records. - Knowledge of various NDT processes required for assessing the quality of Castings, Forgings, and Fabricated items. - Experience in handling import and export activities related to manufacturing processes. - Exposure to contract management and commercial terms and conditions to ensure smooth operations. - Involvement in outsourcing activities to optimize production processes.
