Manager Project - Data Centre

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all Data Center COLO projects with the highest quality standards. You will be the key person responsible for organizing and managing project tasks, developing project scopes, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying risks, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the flawless execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed project scope, objectives, and timelines to meet quality standards - Create project execution plans and obtain client approval - Coordinate with Safety officer to ensure 100% EHS compliance at the site - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies - Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution - Build professional relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors - Coordinate with the factory and logistics team for material delivery and placement - Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Ensure timely documentation and submission to the HOD - Be flexible to work extended hours at the site and be available for customer needs Qualifications: - Technical Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics - BE in Electrical/Electronics with 6-8 years of experience or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 10-12 years of experience in Data Center COLO turnkey project execution Additional Company Details: N/A,
