Job Description

As Partner Solutions Manager, you are the central hub connecting our partner ecosystem with both customer-facing and internal development teams. You excel at managing complex stakeholder environments and can effectively coordinate technical and commercial requirements across organizational boundaries. You ensure that our partners, engineering teams, product requirements team, and technical pre-sales function operate in alignment to deliver integrated solutions. Job Description In your new role you will: Serve as the primary liaison between technology partners and our internal teams. Coordinate with marketing and technical pre-sales to understand customer-facing requirements for partner solutions. Synchronize partner capabilities with internal product requirements engineering needs. Ensure engineering teams have clear specifications for partner integrations. Manage communications between partners and internal field trial teams. Drive regular and reliable technical and commercial alignment across all stakeholders. Orchestrate partner involvement in continuous field trials and collect partner-specific feedback. Work closely with technical pre-sales to ensure partner solutions address customer requirements. Translate partner technical roadmaps into actionable inputs for product requirements engineering. Coordinate technical integration points between partner solutions and our platform. Facilitate resolution of cross-company technical and commercial challenges. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of partner integration requirements. Report on partnership effectiveness and integration quality metrics. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: A Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific field; MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in partner management, technical alliance management, or similar roles. Proven ability to coordinate between multiple internal teams and external partners. Experience bridging technical pre-sales, product requirements, and engineering functions. Strong background in stakeholder management across organizational boundaries. Demonstrated success in facilitating technical integration between partner systems. Experience coordinating partner participation in product testing or field trials. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Track record of successful cross-company collaboration in technology environments. Strong project management capabilities with multiple interdependent workstreams. Ability to translate technical requirements between different organizational contexts. Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
