Description: As part of our commitment to building a unified platform for all products, we are seeking an experienced Manager of Product Management to lead one of our Platform areas within our Foundations value stream. This position is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of solutions for UKG's development and observability platform and leading a team of Product Managers in that effort. The product team and the development teams are distributed across multiple geographies "“ mainly Noida, India and the US East coast. Ideal candidates have experience with developer platforms, enterprise SaaS platforms, and HCM/WFM products. Responsibilities: - LeadershipLead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in product strategy, roadmap development, and execution. - Product StrategyDefine and execute product strategy, aligning it with UKG's overall platform vision and business objectives. - Roadmap DevelopmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and UX, to create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that delivers innovative solutions and meets customer needs. - Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to gather feedback, understand customer requirements, and ensure successful product launches. Also, evangelize the platform across the organization. - Product PerformanceMonitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on the product strategy to optimize customer satisfaction and business impact. - Industry Thought Leadership and Market AnalysisKeep tabs on industry trends, best practices, competitive information, and emerging technologies. Minimum Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in product management, including a track record of at least 3 years in a people leadership capacity - Global PerspectiveExperience working in a global, cross-functional environment. - PrioritizationDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with consistency and transparency, leveraging data as part of making decisions wherever possible. - Data DrivenAbility to be envision, collect and analyze data that helps reduce risk of what to build and how to build it and leads to customer success. - Technical BackgroundSolid technical acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex technical requirements but also to break complex topics into simple terms for diverse audiences. - Strategic ThinkerProven ability to think strategically, develop product strategies, and translate them into actionable plans. - Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing product teams and individuals who reach their potential. - Customer-FocusedDeep customer empathy with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience working with both end customers and Engineering as a customer is a plus. - Strong CommunicationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
