As a Manager, Product Management at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in leading the evolution of the Mastercard Portfolio Intelligence products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive product marketing strategies to increase usage and achieve revenue targets across platforms. - Identifying new market opportunities and digital channels to expand Portfolio Intelligence products reach. - Creating creative content for marketing strategies, including thought leadership content and communication of subject matter expertise. - Working with product managers to align engagement goals with product features and roadmap. - Setting performance goals, monitoring KPIs, and providing coaching for continuous improvement. - Reporting regularly on campaign performance measurement and evaluation, recommending ways to leverage past success and apply to future programs. - Analyzing data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize campaigns. - Utilizing tools like CRM systems and BI dashboards to track performance. - Recommending communication strategies and promotional plans based on data insights. - Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and content. - Coordinating with IT and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across digital platforms. To excel in this role, you should have: - Extensive experience working on large projects that require collaboration with external stakeholders and colleagues across marketing and product areas. - Acted in a program manager capacity for analyzing data and insights about how to optimize channels/programs. - Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations to senior team members and articulate a clear point of view. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
