Job Description

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among Design, Manufacturing, Validation, Homologation, Sourcing, and Quality teams.

2. Field & Build Concern Analysis

Analyze concerns reported during build, validation, and field operations. Provide solutions and implement corrective actions (ICA) to eliminate root causes.

3. Problem Solving & Quality Tools Application

Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities using tools such as 8D, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), DFMEA, and participate in design reviews.

4. Engineering Change Coordination & BOM Management

Coordinate Pre-EN and Post-EN meetings, manage sign-offs, and follow up on implementation with cut-off declarations. Fitment trials activity planning and execution along with Plant CFT Raising DCR, MIN, Stock Transfer Requests, RGP etc.

5. EV System Knowledge

Possess sound knowledge of EV architecture including Electric Drive Units, Battery Systems, and Power Electronics.

6. Electronics & Diagnostics Understanding

Understand basic electronics, IVN matrix, CAN DBC files, and vehicle diagnostics.

7. Software Proficiency

Knowledge of CAD / DMU Proficient in MS Office tools including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
