Job Description: You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products, focusing on liquid-cooled containerized systems and standalone BESS solutions. Your main duties will involve identifying and engaging with vendors, developing strategic partnerships, co-developing sub-components, overseeing prototype development, and ensuring successful product certification and market launch.
