Manager- Procurement and Sourcing

? Procurement Support: Assist in executing sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with government procurement guidelines such as GFR, GeM, and CPPP.

? Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Support the identification and evaluation of reliable suppliers and vendors for IT, infrastructure, and service-based projects.

? Tender & Bid Assistance: Help prepare RFQs, RFPs, and tendering documentation, ensuring compliance with government regulations and transparency standards.

? Cost & Market Analysis: Conduct basic cost-benefit analysis, supplier research, and pricing evaluations to support procurement decisions.

? Contract & Documentation Management: Maintain procurement documentation, assist in contract management, and track vendor agreements.

? Regulatory Compliance Support: Ensure procurement activities align with government policies, ethical sourcing practices, and sustainability guidelines.

? Market Research & Data Gathering: Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier capabilities to provide insights to the procurement team.

? Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal project teams, finance departments, and government agencies to streamline procurement processes.

? Reporting & Performance Tracking: Support supplier performance tracking, procurement KPIs monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives.

? Category Management: Take ownership of a wide variety of procurement categories, including but not limited to IT Hardware, School Supplies, Software, Furniture, and vocational supplies. Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for each category, wearing multiple hats as needed.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance and IT, to ensure alignment on procurement goals and objectives. Act as a strategic partner in achieving company-wide objectives and offer innovative solutions when needed.
