1. Complete process knowledge and experience in Cold Forging, Hot Forging, precision Machining & Gear Cutting process.
2. Handling individual projects & Leading the NPD team on Transmission & engine parts(Shaft, Gears, CAM Shaft & Con Rod). 3. Costing, Budget, Feasibility Review, Procurement planning & Project establishment. 4. Should have Hand on experience in Lean Manufacturing system, KAIZEN, APQP,PPAP & QCD. 5. Handling OEM customer & meeting CSR and Event schedule as per QCD targets. 6.Cold Forging & Hot Forging - Die Design & Development. 7. Machining(Turning, Gear Hobbing, Gear Shaving, Grinding & Honing) process design & Process Establishment. 8. Cutting tool selection(Turning, Broaching, Hobbing & Shaving). 9. Customer interaction for Technical Review & MCP updates.
10. Good Communication and Leadership Skill & Problem-solving skill.
11. Team building, People management & CFT approach.
