Manager - Process Engineering

Role Overview: You will be responsible for process mapping of new products and mapping them in existing blocks. You will monitor the progress of new RFPs and conduct basic and detail engineering for new production blocks. Additionally, you will coordinate with consultants and different functions such as Production, SCM, Projects, PM, R&D for the successful implementation of new products. You will also evaluate the process safety of new products and monitor them during manufacturing to note observations for further improvements. Moreover, you will prepare batch plans for new products and ensure timely implementation. Your role will also involve working towards solvent recovery/recycle and re-use for the new products.
