1. Complete Tooling knowledge and experience in Cold Forging, Hot Forging, precision Machining & Gear Cutting process.
2. Handling Die Shop, Tool Crib & Tool resharpening team & Part process knowledge on Shaft, Gears, CAM Shaft & Con Rod. 3. Budget preparation based on CPC & Controlling daily consumption as per BP target. 4. Should have Hand on experience in Cold forging & Hot forging Die design & manufacturing process. 5. Deep knowledge in CNC Lath, VMC,EDM,CG, & conventional Lath - DIE Manufacturing process. 6. Hand on experience on Hob cutter & Shaving cutter resharpening process. 7. Cutting tool selection for Hob & Shaving process and establishment of gear profile as per DIN class. 8. Cutting tool selection(Turning, Broaching, Gun Drilling, Drill, Reamer. Honing stick, grinding wheel) & supplier co-ordination to ensure tool availability as per Min inventory level. 9. TM management & Inter department coordination to meet BP commitment. 10. Manpower planning & shift work planning coordination with team and ensuring Zero Line stoppage due to waiting for Tools. 10. Good Communication and Leadership Skill & Problem-solving skill. 11. Team building, People management & CFT approach.
