Manager - Process

our responsibilities will be to:

  Corrective Actions: Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address and resolve issues

• Customer PPAP : Participate in customer PPAP and ensure the customer approves the process audit and capacity confirmation.
  • Capacity Planning: Study line TT and CT and ensure capacity is maintained to serve customer demand.• Line OEE: Maintain production line OEE greater than 95% and drive continuous improvement.• Rejection Control: Maintain world class process and maintain process PPM less than 400.

Our requirements:

• Proficiency in using process simulation software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc
  •Statistical Analysis: Strong skills in statistical analysis and familiarity with software like Minitab•Data Analysis: Ability to analyse large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.•Technical Writing: Strong technical writing skills to create clear and concise process documentation.•Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations to management.•Precision: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in process design and documentation.
