Job Description Preparation of Material & Energy Balance based on

Process inputs/Lab Trial data

• Preparation of Process Flow Diagram 
• Preparation of Process & Utility Equipment List
• Process Calculations: Equipment Sizing, Process & Utility Line Sizing, Pump Sizing, Heat Exchanger Sizing, Safety Valve sizing, Control Valve Sizing
• Preparation of Concept Study, Basic Engineering Report
• Preparation of Process P&IDs
• Preparation of Control Philosophy
• Preparation of Utility Generation & Distribution P&IDs 
• Preparation of Equipment Layout, Tankfarm Layout & Utility Equipment Layout
• Knowledge of cGMP norms, CCOE & OISD norms, Factory Inspectorate Rules
• Preparation of Process Data Sheets, Equipment Specifications
• Participating in Plant 3D Model Reviews & Coordination with design team during piping work
• HAZOP Study 
• Competency in Civil & MEP Drawings 
• Preparation of Technical & Commercial Bid Analysis based on Enquiry Specification
• Preparation of Budgetary Cost Estimate
• Vendor coordination 
• Review of MDS, Vendor GA drawings, Nozzle Orientations
• Documentation as per ISO 9001 2015
• Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Project Status Reports
• Coordination of Procurement activity & preparing Procurement status Report 
• Preparation of Project Schedule in MSP & further monitoring
• Coordination with Internal Design Team & Client
• Estimation of Valve BOQ 
• Meeting with Client & Travelling to site during execution work
• Knowledge of Statutory requirements

Technical Competencies Experience in Setting up API, Chemical Manufacturing Facilities: Concept, Basic & Detail Engineering Work

• Proficiency in carrying design calculations: Equipment Sizing, Heat Exchanger Sizing, Vent valve sizing, API Code
• Understanding of all aspects governing operational & production activities, regulations/ guidelines & statutory compliances in industry
• Shall be conversant with all relevant codes and standards

• Shall have to travel & visit/ relocate at any site as per project requirement.
