Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive solutioning for large, complex RFPs across analytics, data engineering, and visualization.
Lead the development of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution decks.
Own stakeholder conversations and lead proposal strategy and execution.
Mentor and guide junior team members in proposal development and solution design.
Collaborate with global teams to align on delivery feasibility and innovation.
Contribute to capability building and knowledge management within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

5-8 years of experience in analytics consulting, pre-sales, or solutioning roles.
Proven track record of leading large pursuits and managing cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of analytics offerings and delivery models.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Prior experience in Kantar COE (DSE/CA) is a plus .
