Manager - Planning

Position:

Role Overview:

The Manager - Planning will be responsible for driving project planning, scheduling, and monitoring functions for Wind EPC projects. The role will involve preparation and review of project schedules, monitoring progress across sites, and ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders for timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Prepare, review, and update baseline schedules for wind projects using Primavera/MS Project.



• 
  

  Track and monitor project progress across multiple sites and ensure alignment with timelines.



• 
  

  Conduct variance analysis, delay analysis, and propose corrective actions to recover delays.



• 
  

  Develop dashboards, MIS, and progress reports for management review.



• 
  

  Support cash flow planning, budget monitoring, and resource allocation strategies.



• 
  

  Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, and site teams to resolve planning issues.



• 
  

  Ensure compliance with internal planning standards and governance processes.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• 
  

  Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.



• 
  

  Ability to perform critical path and delay analysis.



• 
  

  Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.



• 
  

  Knowledge of wind/renewable project execution lifecycle.



• 
  

  Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  

  Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical preferred).



• 
  

  7-10 years of experience in project planning, out of which at least 3-5 years in wind/renewable energy projects.



• 
  

  Prior exposure to multi-site planning and monitoring is preferred.
