As an Operational Excellence (OE) Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the teams on the shop floor in their OE activities. Your responsibilities will include leading the Promotion Campaign, coaching leaders and team members, and assessing the implementation progress. You will be responsible for identifying individual training needs and conducting/coordinating OE training at all levels. Promoting and supporting the cross-fertilization of ideas, knowledge, standards, and improvements will be a key aspect of your role. You may also need to coordinate support from external consultants when necessary. Motivating and empowering people through a positive attitude and driving change in traditional mindsets will be crucial. Communicating OE activities and results effectively is essential to ensure that the work impacts both results and the cultural change towards the plant's vision. You will provide feedback on the progress of OE to the Steering Committee and work on implementing a Daily Management System framework across the site for sustainable effective results. Conducting training for Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt certifications, as well as supporting project identification and execution, will be part of your responsibilities. Designing and launching themes for mass involvement and time-bound improvement initiatives will be key. You will also be involved in setting criteria for different recognition and reward schemes, team certifications, and organizing events for recognition. Leading the team for internal and external competitions and events, as well as driving OE savings to meet annual targets across different categories, will be part of your role. Driving thematic initiatives for the site such as ENCON, COPQ, OTIF, and OEE to improve KPIs through improvement projects will be essential. Lastly, building digital dashboards for effective data utilization and identifying insights for KPI improvements will be critical for success in this role.,
