You need to be a HODLer of these: 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience
Mobile marketing specialist with a thorough understanding of MMPs, fraud prevention, partner onboarding, optimization
Effective decision-making skills, reporting & communication skills
Should be able to liaise with varied teams to understand gaps, and how the gaps can be filled to improve performance marketing e
g
growth, retention, tech, product, etc
Should be comfortable to analyze huge data sets, create actionable insights and recommendations
Good secondary research skills
Good understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and the possible touch points throughout the customers journey within various stages of the funnel
Bonus points if the candidate has experience working in-app marketing in the BFSI/Fintech space
You will be mining through these tasks: Work on performance marketing campaigns with self-serve networks, affiliates, ad networks, and programmatic DSPs
Manage day-to-day campaign management & coordination with all performance marketing partners
Responsible for extracting insights using analytics tools, and optimizing the campaigns effectively
Support with the configuration, management, or maintenance of performance marketing related products and tools (Adjust MMP, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Google Ads, and other marketing analytics products) Responsible for vendor management, onboarding, and billing for all performance marketing partners
Responsible for forging partnerships & alliances that help with user acquisition
