Job Description

As a seasoned professional in HR operations, your role will involve overseeing and enhancing HR operational/transactional processes within MEISA. You will lead the team in ensuring compliance with regional regulations and organizational policies while providing strategic guidance. Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement, maintaining KPIs, and expanding service offerings in collaboration with Regional HR and other teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise HR operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with regional compliance and organizational policies. - Monitor service level KPIs and SLAs for all processes to ensure efficiency. - Effectively allocate work to enhance team productivity and measure performance metrics. - Administer Workday data accurately to maintain data integrity. - Resolve escalated queries within defined timelines and guidelines. - Streamline HR processes across business units/geographies and identify optimization opportunities. - Set and achieve targets/standards for the Shared Services organization. - Participate in internal and external audits when necessary. - Strategize and execute plans to address operational issues at the root cause. - Foster relationships between MEISA Shared Services team and stakeholders for improved efficiency. - Identify and implement service expansion opportunities based on stakeholder feedback. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: - Minimum 15-18 years of experience in HR or related fields, with at least 5-8 years in a strategic/leadership role. Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent project management and organizational abilities. - Superior communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven leadership and team management capabilities. - High level of discretion and integrity. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
