Role & responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters/ bachelors degree in finance

EXPERIENCE:

10+ yrs, out of which min. 5+ as Finance SSC Operations Lead in a large Indian company (preferred)

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead OTC process delivery, review & report performance of his/ her team

  • Track OTC & follow-up for overdues & realization

  • Ensure all contract/SO creation, invoice, collection, period end close priorities are aligned and met

  • Act as primary contact between BUs, locations, HO & SSC

  • Resolve exceptions when escalating

  • Manage continuous process improvement / provide functional inputs for technology enhancements / develop and review SLAs

  • Manage systems / automations, process and workflow improvements and enhancements pertaining to his/her team

  • Responsible for developing & reporting operational metrics, SLAs & identifying opportunities for improving services of his/ her team

  • Responsible for directly supervising his/ her teams Leads

KEY SKILLS:

OTC process expertise

Shared Services Finance tools/ tech. (incl. ERP (SAP))

Experience in managing teams

Candidate preferred from the Mall Business Unit, Shared Services, or the Real Estate industry.
