Manager - Operations

• Manage and schedule daily field service jobs (AC, Fridge, Washing Machine, etc.).
• Monitor technician routes, job allocation, and timely completion.
• Ensure SLA adherence for installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions.
• Supervise field technicians & support staff.
• Conduct daily morning briefings & weekly performance review meetings.
• Ensure technicians follow company processes, dress code & customer etiquette.
• Ensure customers receive a professional and satisfactory service experience.
• Manage customer complaints, refunds, and warranty requests.
• Collect feedback and improve service delivery processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years experience in field service operations (home appliances/electronics).
• Strong leadership, team handling, and conflict management skills.
• Good knowledge of technical service processes & escalation handling.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, service software, and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
