We are seeking an experienced Manager - Operations to lead our operations team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies for efficiency, and managing a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient processes across the organization.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in operational processes.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
