About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Operations to lead and streamline our Tower Operations vertical. This role demands a hands-on leader who brings a sharp analytical mindset, strong last-mile operational knowledge, and a flair for leveraging technology to drive performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage last-mile delivery operations across assigned towers/geographies Optimize processes to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels Analyze operational data to drive strategic decisions and performance improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, tech, and customer service Develop and implement SOPs, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards Identify technology interventions to enhance productivity and process automation Mentor and lead a team of associates and ground-level operations staff Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards Key Requirements: 7+ years of experience in last-mile or logistics operations Strong command of MS Excel – pivot tables, dashboards, data modeling Proven track record of being data-driven and decision-oriented Experience working with or implementing new-age tech platforms or tools Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
