Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage client relations, and coordinate with various departments to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities also include staff management, optimizing resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Operations Management, Facilities Management, and Project Management Strong leadership skills, including team management and conflict resolution Knowledge of EMS, QMS, and SA8000 standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in compliance and regulatory requirements Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Experience in the facilities management industry is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
