Info Edge is successfully running businesses like Naukri.com, Jeevansathi.com, 99 acres.com etc. Job Hai portal focused on Blue and grey collar hiring. Job Hai is serving jobs for Sales/ Business Development, Marketing, Field Sales, Back Office, Customer Support, Housekeeping, Warehouse etc. Job Hai is in 7 metro cities, Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Greater Noida.

2 Team Leaders and 14 associates in Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide 3 Team Leaders and ~23 team members across Onboarding & Verification.
  • Define individual/team KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and drive upskilling initiatives.
  • Oversee onboarding of recruiters/clients ensuring adherence to defined TAT and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage the verification process with high accuracy, minimizing fraud and compliance risks.
  • Track and analyze key metrics: onboarding efficiency, verification accuracy, rejection %, TAT adherence, escalations.
  • Conduct daily huddles with TLs and weekly/monthly reviews with the leadership team.
  • Prepare and share MIS reports, dashboards, and insights with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CX, CAT, and Product teams to enable smooth recruiter/partner journey.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, policies, and regulatory guidelines across both teams.
  • Conduct periodic audits to detect gaps or fraudulent activities and take corrective actions.
  • Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Champion recruiter experience by reducing TAT and improving accuracy & transparency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 4-6 years of experience in Operations/Onboarding/Verification (preferably in internet, job portal, or tech-driven businesses).
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, verification, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent people management, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
