Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated Manager on Duty (MOD) with strong experience in financial counselling and hospital operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding patients and their families through treatment processes, explaining medical packages, billing procedures, and ensuring seamless hospital coordination during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the central point of contact for hospital operations during the shift.
• Clearly explain hospital processes, treatment plans, room tariffs, medical packages, and medicine costs to patients and attendants.
• Provide financial counselling to help patients make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Handle patient queries, billing concerns, and escalation cases with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with billing, insurance/TPA, admission, pharmacy, and medical departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and shift handovers.
• Supervise and support front-office and patient service teams during high-footfall hours.

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidates only (as per operational requirement).
• Graduate in Hospital Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant hospital experience, especially in operations and financial counselling.
• Strong knowledge of hospital workflows, insurance/TPA processes, and pricing structures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,331.82 - ₹36,260.30 per month
