Manager of Software Delivery

Key Responsibilities: - Solve complex client problems in the Supply Chain domain, specializing in digital Supply Chain Planning - Collaborate with clients to define new organizational structures, roles, and processes - Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and develop recommendations for client management - Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches - Configure and deploy supply chain planning systems at various clients - Facilitate data integration of clients" legacy systems and advanced planning solutions - Define and coordinate the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and create tailored training documentation - Enhance the collective firm knowledge with regards to supply chain technology - Drive change in system and guide clients on their digital supply chain journeys Qualifications Required: - Post-graduate degree in operations management, statistics, or industrial engineering with a strong quantitative background - 8+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting role configuring and deploying supply chain planning systems - Good understanding of data requirements for advanced planning systems and technical requirements for data integration - Experience in leading a technical team on solution delivery - Knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies and/or familiarity with common ERP systems preferred - Statistical, optimization, and simulation skills through software tools like R, SAS, CPLEX desirable - Training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL desirable - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively - Demonstrated aptitude for analytics - Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80% This role at McKinsey offers a unique opportunity to work with major global organizations, deploy digital capabilities, and drive tangible, lasting impact for clients.
