Manager of Software Delivery

Your role will involve solving complex client problems in the Supply Chain domain, specializing in digital Supply Chain Planning supported by SCM Connections. You will work closely with clients to define new organizational structures, roles, and processes, while also contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches. Key Responsibilities: - Solve complex client problems in the Supply Chain domain, specializing in digital Supply Chain Planning supported by SCM Connections - Collaborate with clients to define new organizational structures, roles, and processes across global organizations - Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations for client management - Make hands-on contributions to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches - Develop tailor-made solutions and work closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results - Configure and deploy supply chain planning systems at various clients and facilitate data integration of clients" legacy systems - Define and coordinate the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and create comprehensive training documentation - Contribute to enhancing the collective firm knowledge with regards to supply chain technology - Lead the deployment of supply chain planning solutions at clients and assist with the selection of technology for supply chain planning - Drive change in systems and guide clients on their digital supply chain journeys Qualification Required: - Post-graduate degree in operations management, statistics, or industrial engineering with a strong quantitative underpinning - 8+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting role configuring and deploying supply chain planning systems such as O9, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, E2Open, OMP, Anaplan, etc. - Good understanding of data requirements for advanced planning systems and technical requirements for data integration and optimization - Experience in leading a technical team on solution delivery - Experience with agile and scrum methodologies and/or familiarity with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred - Statistical, optimization, and simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar are desirable - Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar are desirable - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate complex ideas - Demonstrated aptitude for analytics - Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80%,
