Manager of Legal, Contracts, and Compliance

Role Overview: As the Manager of Legal, Contracts, and Compliance, you will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance across various business areas. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, minimize legal risks, evaluate and prepare contracts, and offer reliable legal counsel to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice to senior management and other departments on a wide range of legal issues such as contracts, export control laws, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and employment law. - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and various agreements to safeguard company interests. - Advise on corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and export controls. - Manage legal disputes and collaborate with external counsel when necessary. - Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes that may impact the business. - Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews. - Develop and execute legal strategies to mitigate risks. - Support Legal Operations and conduct employee training on legal and compliance topics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal matters affecting business operations. Qualification Required: - Qualified lawyer with 10-15 years of relevant experience in corporate and contract law. - Strong knowledge of compliance, export control, and international business law. - Preferably, experience in an international corporate environment or law firm. - Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. - Possess a proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.,
