Manager of Legal, Contracts, and Compliance

The Manager of Legal, Contracts, and Compliance will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance across multiple business areas. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards, minimizing legal risks, preparing and evaluating contracts, and offering reliable legal counsel to support business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include providing expert legal advice to senior management and other departments on various legal issues such as contracts, export control laws, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and employment law. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and agreements to protect company interests. Additionally, you will advise on corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and export controls, manage legal disputes, and monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the business. Conducting internal audits and compliance reviews, developing and implementing legal strategies to mitigate risks, supporting Legal Operations, providing employee training on legal and compliance topics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on legal matters affecting business operations are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should be a qualified lawyer with 10-15 years of relevant experience in corporate and contract law. You must possess a strong knowledge of compliance, export control, and international business law. Experience in an international corporate environment or law firm is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.,
