Job Description

As an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a focus on Non-Tech and Leadership hiring, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment for various levels from mid-management to leadership roles. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across diverse business functions. - Building strong pipelines for leadership and niche roles through proactive networking and market mapping. - Driving Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) hiring initiatives across functions. - Partnering with external search firms for strategic and senior mandates. Additionally, you will act as a strategic hiring partner to senior business leaders, collaborating with HRBPs, CoEs, and Compensation teams to ensure alignment on role structure, budgets, and talent availability. You will also provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and competitor insights to influence talent decisions. In terms of Leadership Hiring, you will be responsible for managing CXO, Director, and Senior Leadership hiring across non-tech domains. This will involve owning the full lifecycle for senior roles, from sourcing and evaluation to offer negotiation and onboarding. Building strong relationships with senior external talent and industry leaders will also be a key aspect of enhancing the organization's leadership talent pipeline. Furthermore, you will ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and recruitment analytics through HR systems. Driving continuous improvement across TA processes to improve turnaround time (TAT) and candidate experience will be essential. You will also prepare and present hiring dashboards, metrics, and status reports to leadership teams. As a leader, you will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, enhancing capability through training and performance coaching. Promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the TA team will be crucial for success in this role. Qualifications required for this position include: - 10-15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Non-Tech and Leadership hiring. - Proven experience in corporate or GCC environments, preferably managing large-scale and leadership recruitment. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. - Expertise in market mapping, executive search, and strategic sourcing techniques. - Hands-on experience with recruitment systems and analytics. - MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.,
