Objectives of this role: - Maintain consistent inter-departmental and intra-team communication. - Improve the efficiency of current processes and procedures to boost production and align with targets. - Lead by example in executing tasks and initiatives identified within projects and processes. - Ensure operational activities are completed on time and within budget. - Monitor attrition rates and staffing needs, recruiting new employees as necessary. - Focus on the professional development of team members. Responsibilities: - Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the team in a fast-paced and demanding environment, including creating career development plans for direct reports and resolving issues. - Utilize metrics to meet productivity goals, minimize costs, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality project results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal tools and systems. - Conduct reviews and present situations, along with proposed solutions, to senior management. Required skills and qualifications: - Three or more years of demonstrated success in an operations management position. - Proficient in driving people and projects with strong delegation skills. - Exceptional conflict management and business negotiation abilities.
