Job Description

Key responsibilities include creating reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with other departments, conducting risk assessments, and aligning MIS initiatives with business strategy. This role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Development & Maintenance:
- Design, implement, and maintain MIS frameworks and systems to support business intelligence.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across reporting systems.
- Monitor system performance and lead upgrades of hardware and software components.
- Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and implement tailored IT solutions.

Business Planning & Strategy:

Develop and manage comprehensive business plans and strategies.
Analyze financial data, market trends, and business metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Conduct risk assessments and propose risk mitigation strategies.
Forecast and budget for future business needs.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate periodic reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage the MIS team and other cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with various departments to align objectives and improve process efficiency.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present ideas to senior management.
